How it works...(Hoilday Letting)

We are so confident that we can attract bookings for your property that we will pay your fees to advertise on the world leading websites.
Remember, over 2 million holidaymakers visit this site each month.
Not only that, we will do all the work to design your web page.

So, how do we get paid ?

  • There are absolutely no upfront fees for you to pay.
  • We only get paid when we start letting out your property.
  • We advertise on Holiday Lettings, Tripadvisor,Flipkey,Niumba, our own and many others. We charge a one off fee of 75euro+IVA for constructing and maintaining your websites and then 15% per booking achieved
  • You really won't get a better deal than that anywhere.

Remember, you really can't lose.


So it really is in our interests to create as many bookings for you as possible by designing a great web page and by trying to convert as many of your guest enquiries into bookings by being as friendly and professional as possible.
This is good customer service, something so easily achieved but so often lost along the way. We will achieve much more repeat business, together with personal recommendations for you this way.

For our client:

  • After creating your web page, we then maintain it 24/7 updating the calender, photos, prices etc.
  • We transfer the rental income received, less deductions within 7 days of your guests departure.
  • We undertake any property management tasks (see Management section) that you have authorised us to do.
  • We help with any queries, questions and problems that may to crop up.
  • We are always at the end of a phone 24/7.

For your guests:

  • We deal with all the guest booking enquiries.
  • We take receipt of the booking contract and a non refundable booking deposit to secure your property for their holiday.
  • Within 8 weeks of their arrival we take receipt of the remainder of their booking fee.
  • We advise then a security deposit of £200 or 200 € has to be paid on key handover and will be refunded on their departure after the property is checked. We make sure that they have everything they need to have the holiday of their dreams. Our aim is to surpass their expectations.
  • We help with any queries, questions and problems that may to crop up.
  • We are always at the end of a phone 24/7


Advertise with us for free. We do contracts in Spanish and English. The tenant will pay 1 month security deposit and each month in advance. We will collect each months rent and pay to you by bank transfer less our fees. Long lets are 3 months or more and can be priced inclusive or rent plus bills (electric, water Wifi etc) If plus bills you must supply these to us for collection. Our fees for this service, for 12 month rental we retain the first month, for less than 12 month 13% of rental per month
