Home property management
At Torrevieja Holiday Lettings we understand that everybody's requirements differ.
Some of you may wish us to take complete control of your property management.
Others may prefer to do it all themselves.
And some may want something in between. Whatever your needs, we have a team of professionals to undertake any tasks you are unable to do. We supply an information pack for the property including details of the surrounding area.
Key Holding/ Meet & Greet Service: 40euros (maybe subject to IVA) per meet & greet, key collection and collection and refund of security deposit. We also take time to explain property and surrounding area to the client.
(Clients supply 3 sets of keys, 1 for us and 2 for their guests).
Departure Cleans: All properties vary in size but as a rule of thumb the following applies:
Our team of cleaners will make sure your property is spotless and ready for your next guests.
All floors and terraces brushed and mopped, or vacuumed, surfaces dusted, mirrors and glass surfaces polished.
In the kitchen we will clean the cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer, remove all opened and perishable goods.
All toilets, showers and baths thoroughly cleaned.
Linen And Towels: 5euros (maybe subject to IVA) per person extra in each apartment. We offer a full laundry service, removing all dirty linen, bath towels and kitchen towels then replacing them with freshly laundered linen and towels.
(Clients supply 2 full sets of linen, bath towels and kitchen towels so one can be laundered while the other is in use).
Additional Works:
Any additional work that may occur will be charged at 15euro per hour
Welcome Packs:
We can provide your guests with a welcome pack. Welcome packs vary in cost depending on requirements. Full details on request. We can also help with Airport Transfers, nursery hire, bicycle hire etc.
General Maintenance And Repair:
Accidents do happen, and items do break down through wear and tear.
Whether it is replacing batteries in your remote control to dealing with a burglary or bust pipe, we will be there for you. We have a professional team of electricians, aircon, plumbers, locksmiths and carpenters on call to us.
All works priced per job.
All clients must take out buildings and public liability insurance, which is normally included in your buildings insurance. You should also inform your insurer that you intend to let your property out. We strongly recommend you also take out contents insurance as well.
For all this we charge an annual fee of 300euro (+IVA) which includes monthly checks of your property and one emergency call out per month
