Our lovely, light, airy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom town house with a solarium and terraces is ideal for golfers, families and couples alike. No matter what you want from a holiday, we have it here. If you want a beach holiday, we are just a 10 minute walk away from Punta Prima beach where there is also a lovely promenade along where you can walk for miles. Dotted along here are a selection of bars and restaurants where you can sit down and refresh yourselves and maybe do a spot of people watching. If you like a bit more excitement we are just a 5 minute walk away from a huge selection of bars, restaurants and a disco. There really is something for everyone's taste and idea of a good night out, from peaceful bars/ restaurants overlooking the sea to multi cuisine restaurants and bars with live entertainment. All just a short walk away but not near enough to our apartment to keep you awake at night. If you don't like to stray too far then you can have a fantastic day in our complex. Here there are luscious green lawns surrounding a large and wonderful pool. It really is the most relaxing and peaceful setting. The town house itself is simply stunning and furnished to a very high standard, the photos really don't do it justice.

Surrounding Area

If you like a round of golf then there are 3 championship golf courses within 15 minutes drive , Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Villamartin. The new Zenia Boulevard is a large commercial centre, biggest in Valencia region boasting all major outlets , restaurants and bars with lots of entertainment daily. Just a 20 minute walk away is the massive Playa Flamenca Saturday market. 5 minutes walk from our home is a large modern supermarket, there are also many bars and restaurants to choose from, there is something for everyone, no matter what your taste is There are many beaches in our area but the nearest is Punta Prima beach and sea front, which is just a 10 minute walk away. Here there is a lovely sandy beach and even a small bar and restaurant for refreshment. Running parallel the sea front is the promenade, along which you can walk for miles. A great way to build up an appetite. Torrevieja is surrounded by two large and beautiful natural salt water lakes which form Salinas de Torrevieja and are an official Spanish nature reserve . Apart from the salt industry, tourism and fishing keep the city alive. The harbour gives home to 300 fishing ships and over 900 private sports boats.
